Welcome to The Rajasthani Foundation web site. On this site you'll find out more about the work we do to enhance the Rajasthani community and of the charitable work that the foundation carries out. The TRF held its annual general meeting (AGM) in London on Sunday 29th January 2012.

The annual TRF Diwali Charity Gala Ball took place last November (2011) - for more information about the event, click here. Alongside the main performers, Penn Masala, the TRF youth performance was a great sucess too, as teh image below shows. The Rajasthani Foundation (TRF) is a forum for the Rajasthani community to come together in the UK and through our social and cultural activities achieve the charitable goals of poverty reduction and further educational programs in Rajasthan. TRF has created a platform which brings us together as a community, as well as helps preserve, nurture and pass on the rich cultural heritage of Rajasthan to our younger generations. The Rajasthani Foundation friends and members have worked tirelessly towards developing and participating in sustainable charitable programmes. We have committed a total of £35,000 over five years to NavJyoti Manovikas Kendra (NMK), a charity based in Jodhpur. NMK provides special education to mentally challenged adults and children allowing them to be independent and integrate into a society in which they would otherwise be rejected. TRF has made other contributions as follows: |
